As a small, community-sector organisation, we are not required to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Nevertheless wish to assure all customers of our commitment to protecting your privacy.

3MBS Box Office collects personal information such as customer names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, credit card details and purchasing history for the purposes of:

• enabling customers to order and purchase tickets to events offered by 3MBS Box Office
• verifying customer identity and details;
• fulfilling customers orders by sending the purchased item to the customers
• operating, managing and improving the services we provide (including charging and payment);
• periodically sending customers information on forthcoming events
• products we supply, industry information, competitions and promotions.

If customers do not provide us with certain personal information, we may not be able to provide them with the services they require.

Customers personal information is stored in a secure database. In the course of providing services to our customers, 3MBS Box Office may disclose customers personal information to contractors who perform services on our behalf. We do not disclose personal information to contractors other than for the purposes described above.

From time to time, performers ask us to provide them with a list of customers who attend their performances, and we may pass on the relevant customers' personal information in those circumstances.
